Justin Bieber has made it abundantly clear that he will take the opportunity to show off his many tattoos and bare his pecs no matter the occasion or the venue.
So it's not surprising that the 20-year-old was back to his shirtless ways in Cannes, France, on Tuesday.
While no doubt his legions of female fans are not complaining, everybody else in the French Rivera was catching an eyeful as he and his huge entourage strolled through the town
Bieber has obviously been working hard in the gym of late, and was all too happy to show off his muscles
